2. How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped out, you will receive an email notification with tracking information. Please also check your junk mail folder. This email will have all your shipping information and ways to track your order.

Please note you will not get tracking information until your order is processed and shipped. There may be additional shipping delays due to high order volumes.

3. Can I modify my order?

To safeguard your credit card purchases, you will always be asked to enter your CVV code for every order. Our Payments department may carry out anti-fraud checks before approving the transaction and for greater protection, they may contact you for further details before confirming the order.
