1.Material Care Instructions

Surgical-Grade Stainless Steel & 18K Gold PVD Coating
Why it's special: Crafted with 316L surgical stainless steel and bonded via Physical Vapor Deposition (PVD), these pieces are waterFriendly, sweat-proof, and highly resistant to oxidation.
Daily Care:
-Cleaning: Wash occasionally with mild liquid soap and lukewarm water to remove skin oils or everyday buildup. Wipe dry with a soft microfiber cloth (included with your order).
-Chemical Exposure: While PVD coating is 10x thicker and far more durable than traditional gold plating, avoiding direct prolonged contact with harsh household bleach or industrial chemicals will maximize its lifespan.
Natural & Baroque Pearls
Why it's special: We use genuine cultured pearls and organic baroque pearls, each featuring unique shapes, colors, and natural luster. Organic gems require gentler care than stainless steel.
Daily Care:
-The "Last On, First Off" Rule: Always put your pearl jewelry on after applying makeup, perfume, hairspray, and lotions. Chemicals in beauty products can dull a pearl’s natural luster.
-Water & Showering: While our steel base is waterFriendly, avoid submerging pearl items in pools, hot tubs, or ocean saltwater for extended periods, as harsh chlorine and salt can weaken silk threading or adhesives holding the pearls.
-Cleaning: Gently wipe pearls with a clean, damp cloth after wearing. Never use ultrasonic jewelry cleaners or abrasive chemicals on natural pearls.

2.Lab Aura Warranty Policy

We take pride in our product quality and craftsmanship. Every Lab Aura order is covered under our Standard Quality Guarantee.
What Is Covered (Manufacturing Defects):
Within 30 days of delivery, we will replace or repair any piece that exhibits a verified manufacturing defect at zero cost to you. Covered defects include:
  • -Broken clasps or jumping rings upon arrival.
  • -Loose or detached pearls due to adhesive failure under normal wear.
  • -Structural metal fractures not caused by external force.
What Is NOT Covered (Normal Wear & Tear):
Our warranty is designed to protect against quality defects, not everyday accident or misuse. The following scenarios are excluded from free warranty coverage:
